Today I’m taking time to reflect on the past year, what I’m grateful for, what I’ve learned, and how I’ve grown.  This is part of my discipline to continue the process of personal development so that I can better serve and inspire those around me to take action.

Are your finances an area of your life that you know you need to focus on in 2019?

If so, take action, and contact me today for a free Discovery Session:

This year, I’ve realized that I’m extremely grateful for people who create and share their creation with the world.  Creators put their unique gifts, talents and knowledge out there and ultimately change lives.  It’s their art.  They have transformational ideas, ideals, purpose and energy from which everyone can benefit.

I’m grateful for my coach and mentor, Robyn Crane.  I love that she’s created programs for women in service-based businesses.  Because I took time to learn new ideas and strategies, I’m able to serve you at a higher level.  I realized what I needed to let go of and what I needed to add to my practice.

What do you think you need to let go of?

Let’s find out in a Cash Flow Strategy Session.

I’ve heard it before, “the riches are in the niches” and “you need to niche down.”  Robyn taught me that I can’t be all things to all people.  She did more than just tell me to niche, she showed me why it is important and how to find my niche.  My niche, ladies, is you!

Ladies, would you prefer to work with a female financial planner?

Some of you know that my book, Journeys to Success, Volume 9, was published this year, in July 2018.  Wow, that was an accomplishment and certainly educational!  The Journeys to Success series is a collection of personal stories based on Napoleon Hill’s success principles.  The late, Tom 2 Tall Cunningham, brought Journeys to Success to life.

Just days before he passed, he emailed me the encouraging words, “You can do it.”  Where there is a will, there is a way.  I kept Tom’s inspiring words in mind as I wrote and helped promote book sales.

My goal is to inspire you, to be connector for you, and to be your supporter and champion.  I want to help you get what you want in life.  “You can do it!”

If you’re ready to talk about your goals and challenges concerning your wealth email me to

The more we learn, implement, adjust and improve, the more we can serve others.  I have a personal goal of attending at least one educational, live event per quarter.   There is an energy, a pulse, a spirit that you get to experience when you’re in a room with other like-minded people.  You get to connect and make new friends.

The outcome, new and improved ideas.  Shared ideas which benefit others.  Because of the spirit of collaboration, you get to help inspire, motivate and create change in the world.  By getting out of the office and into an educational atmosphere you get to focus on the improvements you want to make in your life and business so that you can help transform lives!

This year, I learned that I need to stretch myself.  I tend to push myself.  But, to help others even more, I need to stretch myself even more than I have in the past.  I’m not afraid to challenge conventional wisdom, so I let go of industry norms and began to embrace new beliefs and think outside “the box”.

What does that mean?  Well, getting more clients and more assets under management isn’t my primary goal.  “WHAT????” gasp the industry professionals reading this 😊.  Attracting clients with whom I’ll have quality relationships is my primary goal.

How am I attracting new clients?  By serving.  By speaking.  By knowing the pain points, frustrations, challenges and concerns of widows.  By delivering value.  By being creative and delivering at a higher standard.

If you’ve been challenged to find a financial planner who speaks your language and really hears

what you’re saying, call me to start the conversation.

Personal Growth

The last year and half has been a difficult season for me personally.  We’ve all had them.  What I’ve found beneficial, is simply acknowledging the events in these seasons for what they are, while not being paralyzed by them.

“What am I supposed to learn from this?” is what I ask myself when I’m in the midst of trying situations.  Instead of dwelling on the negatives, I focus on what is next and what I can do to prepare for what the future holds.

Are your personal finances an area in which you want to see personal growth?

Do you wonder if you’re on the right track with your finances?

If you're wondering…it’s time to find out!
